These terms govern your use of Aidenly during the current Gmail-first beta and any later public release.

Using Aidenly

Aidenly is an email-assistance product. You are responsible for the account you connect, the instructions you give, and the actions you approve. Beta availability, features, and access may change as the product evolves.

Accounts and access

You must use a valid account and connect only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and verification methods secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use Aidenly to violate law, abuse others, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to data or systems. You may not use the product to automate harmful or deceptive email activity.

Sensitive information

Aidenly is a personal tool. Please don't connect a mailbox that holds other people's protected information that you have a legal or professional duty to protect, such as patients' health records or privileged legal files. We don't sign business associate agreements (BAAs) under HIPAA, so Aidenly isn't suitable for healthcare providers' or their business associates' patient information.

Your own documents are yours to use: Aidenly can help you understand your own health, legal and financial paperwork and suggest what to consider or ask. But it isn't a doctor, lawyer or financial advisor, and its suggestions aren't a substitute for professional advice. Please talk to a qualified professional before acting on anything important.

AI assistance and user approval

Aidenly can assist with reading, organizing and drafting. It can't send or delete your email; any draft is sent by you, from your own email account. You remain responsible for reviewing its output, and it can make mistakes.

Plans and changes

Aidenly offers a permanent free plan and paid Pro plan. Features, limits, and pricing may change with reasonable notice. Roadmap items described on the site are directional and not contractual commitments.

Termination

You may stop using Aidenly at any time. Aidenly may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal compliance, or service changes.

Aidenly, Inc., a Delaware corporation (incorporation in progress), operates the service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Notices related to these terms should be sent to legal@aidenly.ai.
