How it works

How Aidenly works

Aidenly is a personal AI that builds a private memory of what matters. It starts with your Gmail today, and the same memory grows from every chat, every correction, every detail you ask it to keep.

Your emails stay in your Google account. Aidenly stores AI summaries and preferences, not your raw inbox.

01

Step 1: connect Gmail

You connect Gmail and authorize the Google scopes needed for account setup and Gmail operations. Aidenly reads recent activity to understand the shape of your work, not just the shape of your inbox.

Step 2: build domain context

Aidenly organizes what it learns into domains such as work, legal, family, or operations. Each domain keeps its own people, facts, active decisions, and action items so the assistant stops treating every thread like the same job.

Step 3: draft with memory

When you ask for help on an email, Aidenly can pull the right context for that domain instead of asking you to restate it. That makes drafts more relevant, more consistent, and less generic.

Pull up the Vietnamese pho recipe we worked on last month — making it Saturday.
From Cooking → Recipes, last touched Apr 18: 3 lbs beef shank, charred onion + ginger, lemongrass, star anise. Cinnamon note added Apr 21 — "less is more." Want me to scale to 6 servings?

Step 4: learn from corrections

Corrections do not instantly become permanent rules. Aidenly watches for repeated patterns, proposes durable preferences, and confirms them before treating them as stable guidance. That keeps learning useful instead of brittle.

Observe
You change "Dear Team" to "Hi everyone" across casual threads
Propose
Aidenly notices the pattern and suggests making it a preference
Confirm
You approve it — it becomes stable guidance for this domain

Step 5: brief what changed

Aidenly can surface changes, stale actions, and linked developments across domains so you do not have to spot every shift by rereading threads. The goal is fewer resets and faster judgment.

What Aidenly does not do

Aidenly is not a cold-email tool, not a CRM overlay, and not a promise of full autonomous handling across every platform yet. Today it is a personal AI built around Gmail — for people whose work and life generate more context than they can keep track of. Voice, mobile, scheduled routines, and multi-platform support are on the roadmap.
