Ask once. An AI memory that stays yours.
Stop repeating yourself. Aidenly keeps what matters so you can pick up any thread later, from a work decision to a family recipe.
Private by design. Your data is never used for training.
For people whose context spans more than one tool
Aidenly is for people whose digital life refuses to fit one inbox, one app, or one role. Founders, parents, freelancers, anyone whose context spans more than one day.
Why existing AI help breaks down
Most AI tools help with one message at a time. They do not remember what this thread means, what you decided last week, how you prefer to handle this kind of decision, or which detail changed since the last update. Aidenly is built around those failures.
- You restate the situation every time
- It forgets last week’s decision
- Tone resets to generic on every reply
- Pulls the right thread, decision, and number
- Knows the domain (Apex Capital, not just “email”)
- Matches your past tone with the same sender
What Aidenly does differently
Aidenly organizes understanding by domain, not just by inbox. It remembers people, decisions, active facts, and pending actions. It learns from corrections carefully. It can brief you on what changed instead of waiting to be asked the same question again.
Connect once. Get briefings forever.
Connect Gmail. Aidenly reads recent activity and builds a working map of your domains. As you review drafts and make corrections, it gets more specific about tone, priorities, and what matters.
Connect Gmail
Authorize Google scopes. Aidenly reads recent activity and builds a working map of your work.
Build domain memory
Aidenly organizes people, decisions, facts, and actions by domain so threads stop feeling the same.
Work from continuity
Draft faster, notice changes sooner, and stop reopening threads to reload context.
Built to reduce decision fatigue, not just typing
The point is not to save a few keystrokes. The point is to stop reopening the same threads, reloading the same context, and manually reconnecting the same dots. Aidenly helps you act from continuity, not from reset.
Private by design
Aidenly uses a per-user Apps Script deployed in your Google account. Raw email content is fetched live when needed and processed in memory. The backend stores derived intelligence such as summaries, preferences, and message metadata needed to make the assistant useful over time. We do not sell your data.
Free during beta
Aidenly is free during the Gmail-first beta. The current product is for serious email users who want a better operating layer for Gmail now, not a future waitlist promise.
- Domain memory across unlimited domains
- Daily briefings and stale-action surfacing
- Correction-based learning
- Per-user Apps Script in your Google account

Built by a founder who lives in the inbox
Chuong is a software engineer with 16+ years building production systems — most recently as a senior developer on the job extraction pipeline at ZipRecruiter, scaling data collection across hundreds of thousands of sources on the internet. He holds an MBA from Michigan State and a Computer Science degree from the National University of Singapore, and has shipped consumer apps including Edeon, a college search app on the App Store. Aidenly is the assistant Chuong wished he had during years of high-volume professional email — built around the principle that an AI should remember your world, not start from zero every conversation.
Start with Gmail. Keep your context.
If your inbox runs your work, you need more than one-off prompts. Start with Gmail and see what email feels like when the assistant remembers what matters.
