Aidenly and AI agents

Aidenly is the brain that knows your work and life. Your agents are the hands.

AI agents can book, buy, fill and send. More of them arrive every month, and most belong to one company: your bank's, your store's, your email provider's. Aidenly is built for a different job: knowing your situation across all of them, and helping you decide.

Today

  • It reads with your permission, and only reads. Gmail access is read-only, verified by Google, and passed Google's CASA security assessment.
  • It remembers what matters, like deadlines, promises, people and amounts. Memories built from your Gmail link back to the original email, so you can check them.
  • It helps you decide. Ask what's due, what you promised, or what changed, and get a sourced answer.
  • It drafts; you send. Aidenly writes replies in your own voice. You press Send.
  • It never acts for you. It can't send email, pay, buy, delete, or click buttons on your behalf. It holds no passwords or bank logins.
  • It isn't tied to one AI company. Aidenly uses models from several providers and isn't part of any store, bank or platform.

Where we're going (not built yet)

This is our direction, not something you can use today:

  • One brain, many hands. Aidenly prepares a plan, and you hand it to the agent you choose. That agent acts under your own login, never Aidenly's.
  • Reports come back as information, never as orders. When an agent finishes, it reports back, and Aidenly reads the report the way it reads your email: as facts to check, not instructions to follow.
  • You set the rules. For example, "this agent may handle my calendar". Anything that moves money or sends something in your name still needs your click, every time.
  • Agents can ask, with your OK. Later, an agent you approve may be able to read what it needs from Aidenly, such as your preferences or a deadline, read-only and per agent, so you don't have to repeat yourself.

Why the brain shouldn't also be the hands

When one tool both knows everything about you and can act on it, a mistake or a manipulated message can do real damage before you notice. Keeping the thinking and the doing apart means you stay the one who decides, and every action happens where you can see it.

Questions

Can Aidenly control my AI agents today? No. Today Aidenly reads, remembers and drafts. Connecting to your agents is on our roadmap.

Will Aidenly ever send or buy things for me? No. Aidenly's role is to think and prepare. Doing stays with you or the tool you choose, under your own login.

Which AI models does Aidenly use? Models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, under paid terms that don't train on your data. Aidenly doesn't train on your data either.
